There are a number of reasons you might want to write

I am the webmaster here, and if you would like to
request modifications to the site, I am the person to talk with.
Also, if you have a general "howdy do" you'd like to make to anyone wandering
in here, I can put your words up in a sub page linked to from your name
in the table ; )
Or, you might want to have your email address added
or updated. You might even just want to say hello to me, personally

your email the string -- the address gets lots
of junk email (don't we all?), and by doing so you will help to prevent
